We are looking for a Product Specialist. At Seamly we integrate chatbots, live chat, feedback platforms and back-end processes to make customer interactions smoother, smarter and faster. We are the independent conductor that makes all systems work together seamlessly, so customers can take care of everything in one call—regardless of the channel.
Big names such as DHL, Efteling, ASR and Eneco rely on us to take their customer contact to a higher level. Seamly is a fast-growing, fully remote company with 17 smart and ambitious colleagues. Every 4 - 6 weeks we come together for an inspiring session.
Your role: the link between technology and customer needs
As a Product Specialist you are the content expert on our products and you ensure that customers can make optimal use of our solutions. You work on configuring, managing and improving customer implementations and helping them take advantage of new functionalities.
You are both technically skilled and customer-oriented, so you not only support customers with questions, but also proactively advise them about optimizations and new features.
What will you be doing?
✅ Manage and optimize configurations in YAML
✅ Testing and implementing new functionalities with customers
✅ Set up demos within Seamly and other platforms
✅ Providing advice on front-end implementations of a chat widget
✅ Analyze and solve support questions or solve them together with the team of developers
✅ Identify opportunities for improvement and share them with the product development and sales team.

Who are we looking for?
✅ HBO working and thinking level with at least 4 years of relevant experience
✅ Affinity with IT (basic knowledge of YAML and JavaScript is an advantage)
✅ Experience with web applications and understanding system integrations
✅ Analytical and solution-oriented: you think ahead and like to figure things out
✅ Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
✅ Customer-oriented
✅ Independent and flexible: you maintain control over your work
