Your role
As a Partner Manager, you are responsible for activating, enabling, and growing revenue through existing partners. You are the primary point of contact for partners and ensure they can independently and successfully sell, implement, and support Seamly for their end customers. You combine relationship management, commercial drive, and partner enablement into one impactful role.
What will you be doing?
- Activate and enable partners so they can independently sell, implement, and support Seamly
- Drive revenue growth through existing partners
- Support partners in deals through co-selling, business reviews, and strategic sales enablement in the form of training
- Build strong, long-term partner relationships and focus on retention and partner satisfaction
- Work closely with a Partner Development Manager (who contracts new partners), Marketing, Delivery & Support, and Development to ensure partners are consistently supported and successful
- Proactively identify opportunities and bottlenecks and take action accordingly
You are someone who:
- Is a natural networker with a strong commercial mindset and a results-driven approach
- Independently develops strategic visions and translates them into successful commercial partnerships
- Enjoys using presentation and relationship skills at both operational and executive level
- Is able to coach partner sales teams on correctly positioning Seamly products
- Communicates excellently, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English (a third language is a plus)
- Has strong project management skills and maintains a clear overview
- Quickly understands problems and adapts flexibly to change
- Works independently, takes ownership, and is adaptable
What do you bring?
- 6+ years of experience in account management, channel sales, or enterprise partner management, preferably in AI, contact center technology, or CX automation software
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot or similar CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace; specific partner management tooling is a plus
- Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel within Europe
- As Seamly is a remote-first organization, a high level of autonomy is essential
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written; an additional language is a plus
- Preferably available full-time (40 hours); a 32-hour workweek is negotiable
